Venturing into a new genre, the Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal seems to be garnering ample attention as fans cannot wait to see the actor in a brand new avatar. While his look and the details of the film are being kept under wraps, filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga, T-Series and the entire team of Animal decided to give a sneak peek into it as we gear up to enter a new year. Right before midnight, the makers unveiled the first look of the Rashmika Mandanna starrer on social media.

Just a day ago, makers had taken to Instagram to make an announcement that the film’s first look will be released on December 31. Keeping up with their promise, before the clock strikes 12, the makers posted the first look of Animal featuring Ranbir Kapoor and the intense poster definitely seems to be creating waves.

For the unversed, Animal is expected to a gangster drama that also brings together Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna for the first time. It also has Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri, playing pivotal roles. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, producer and head honcho of T-Series, Bhushan Kumar had spoken about the film saying, “Animal has heroism, songs, real dialogue-baazi, and father-son emotion. Just like you saw how KGF: Chapter 2 had mother's emotion, and action, this one will have action, songs, a big-looking film, everything is there with a great star cast. So, there isn't pressure with the movie but more confidence that film can become a huge one.”

Animal is expected to be shot in Mumbai and is slated to release on August 11, 2023 in multiple languages including Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu.

Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher visit Rishab Pant at the hospital

Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher recently visited Rishabh Pant who is admitted at the Max Hospital in Dehradun. Readers would be aware that the cricketer sustained several injuries owing to his car crash at the Delhi-Dehradun Highway. While fans and well-wishers have been praying for his health, the two Bollywood stars assured everyone that the cricketer will recover soon.

As per ANI reports, Anupam Kher asserted that he met the family of Rishabh Pant and that they tried to lighten the mood of the family owing to the massive trauma they underwent. Anupam was quoted saying, "We came to know that Rishabh Pant is in the hospital, so I and Anil, as common citizens, came to see him. We met his mother and he is much better, his spirits are very high and the blessings of the whole of India are with him, so he will get well soon. We met his relatives, all is good, all is fine, we made them laugh. We went to meet him as fans. We as responsible citizens take that please drive carefully, especially when it is foggy at night."

His long-time co-star and best friend Anil Kapoor, who also visited Pant along with Kher, added, "He is in high spirits and he should be fine, we also met his mother and relatives, and all are very good. Whoever is watching this I would like to appeal that, pray for him, so that he recovers soon and we will see him playing."

For the unversed, Rishabh Pant got into an accident at the Delhi Dehradun Highway where his car collided on the divider. He was on his way to his hometown Roorkee in Uttarkhand to surprise his family for New Years. His car also caught fire but the cricketer escaped by breaking the windshield, but not before sustaining several injuries on his forehead, leg, and back. He is undergoing several treatment currently including plastic surgery on his face to cover up some major wounds.

Tunisha Sharma Death Row: Actress Falaq Naaz reveals that she was aware of the relationship between the actress and her brother Sheezan Khan

Readers would recall that the custody of Sheezan Khan has been extended further owing to his alleged involvement in the suicide of co-star and former girlfriend Tunisha Sharma. Followed by a video shared by the mother of the deceased, wherein she accused Khan of cheating on her daughter, now the family of Khan has yet again come in support of their son. Sister of Sheezan Khan and popular actress Falaq Naaz opened about the death of Tunisha Sharma and was allegedly quite close to her. Furthermore, reports also state that she was aware of the relationship that Sharma had with her brother.

Falaq Naaz was also spotted at the funeral of Tunisha Sharma wherein she was seen thoroughly upset by the actress’ demise and she had also avoided the media as she didn’t seem to be in the state of mind to deal with the questions. Now, the actress has opened up about the demise as well as the arrest of her brother Sheezan Khan to Mirror Now, wherein she was quoted saying, “The inquiry is underway. All I want to say is that everyone is working. Both Sheezan and I are cooperating. The truth will come out, I assure you. No one will be treated unfairly. I completely trust the law. I also loved Tunisha a lot." She also added to her statement saying, “It is such an unfortunate state that we lost a precious soul and another was arrested.”

For the unversed, Tunisha Sharma was found hanging in her makeup van on the sets of her show Ali Baba Daastan-E-Kabul. The actress had met Sheezan Khan on this show, since the latter was playing the male lead opposite her. However, reports suggest that the actress and actor had broken up before the actress committed suicide but it was being said that the two of them had spoken to each other, fifteen minutes before her death.

Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan schools Shalin for his foul language; Archana Gautam gets a stern warning, watch

By introducing a lot of unexpected twists and turns on the show, the makers have finally managed to keep the audience hooked to Bigg Boss 16. The Salman Khan-hosted show has now got an extension and would see its grand finale later in the month of February. Talking about this week, the audience got to witness a lot of arguments among the contestants, especially Archana Gautam and Shalin Bhanot. Their heated argument has not only divided fans of the show but also grabbed the attention of the host. In the upcoming episode, Salman Khan will be seen addressing the same while slamming Archana and Shalin for their behaviour.

On Friday, the official social media handle of the channel dropped two promos, in which Salman can be seen discussing the matter with the duo. While talking to Shalin, Salman slammed him for using foul language and calling Archana “do takke ki aaurat (cheap woman)”. Shalin tries to justify his actions and statements but in vain. During the same, Salman tells him that he is “missing” the whole point “again”.

Meanwhile, in another promo video, Salman did not spare Archana as well. He politely calls her out for passing personal comments in the show. PM Narendra Modi’s mother Heeraben passes away; Akshay Kumar, Swara Bhaskar, Ajay Devgn and other celebs express condolences

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mother, Hiraben passed away in the wee hours of Friday that is December 30. Numerous celebs from the Hindi film industry, including Akshay Kumar, Swara Bhaskar, Kangana Ranaut, Jackie Shroff and more, mourn her death while offering their condolences to the actor and his family.

Stars like Ajay Devgn, Anupam Kher Akshay Kumar, Shehnaaz Gill, and Sonu Sood tweeted to express their grief, while Kangana Ranaut and Swara Bhaskar took to their Instagram story to mourn PM’s loss. “There is no greater sorrow than losing a mother. May god give you the strength to bear this sorrow,” wrote Akshay Kumar in a tweet, while Ajay Devgn tweeted, “My heartfelt condolences on the passing of Smt. Heeraben Modi. A simple, principled lady, she raised a fine son in our PM Shri Narendra Modiji. Om Shanti. My personal condolences to our PM and his family.”

Heeraben breathed her last, reportedly, at around 3.30 am. She was admitted to U N Mehta Institute of Cardiology and Research Centre in Ahmedabad earlier this week due to health issues. The medical bulletin read “Heeraben Modi passed away on 30/12/2022 at 3.30 am during the treatment at U N Mehta Heart Hospital.” Besides, Bollywood celebs, Kolkata’s CM Mamta Banerjee, Pakistan's PM Shehbaz Sharif, and AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi, also expressed condolences.

On the other hand, hours after performing the last rites of his mother Hiraben Modi in Gandhinagar, Narendra Modi flagged off the seventh Vande Bharat Express.

NCSC issues notice to Bigg Boss 16 makers over Vikkas Manaktala addressing Archana Gautam as ‘neechi jaati ke log’

While the controversies within the Bigg Boss house has been brewing up with contestants imposing blames and accusations on each other, some of them have been causing a stir even outside the house despite staying on the show. The recent wildcard entrant Vikkas Manaktala seems to be the latest one whose name got embroiled in a legal hassle after he addressed co-contestant Archana Gautam as ‘neechi jaati’ (lower caste), amounting to discrimination. The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) has issued a notice to many associated with Bigg Boss 16, including channel partner Viacom 18 and Endemol Pvt. Ltd.

As per PTI reports, NCSC issued a notice to the Maharashtra government, State police, Information and Broadcasting Ministry, Endemol India Private Ltd, Viacom 18 Media Pvt Ltd and Colors TV wherein the commission said suo-motu cognizance has been taken on information received through social media regarding Manaktala calling Gautam “neech jati ke log" (a low caste person).

Furthermore, referring to the Indian law, the NCSC added, “This is clearly an offence punishable under SC/ST Act, and the Commission has decided to investigate into the matter in pursuance of the powers conferred upon it under Article 338 of the Constitution of India.” The notice also requested to take action as soon as possible continuing, “You are hereby requested to submit action taken report to the undersigned within seven days of receipt of this notice.” Colors TV and the rest of them involved in the notice are yet to issue a response regarding the same.

Bigg Boss 16 currently features MC Stan, Sajid Khan, Sumbul Touqeer, Sreejita De, Tina Datta, Shalin Bhanot, Soundarya Sharma, and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary as contestants along with Archana Gautam and Vikkas Manaktala as contestants. The show currently airs on Colors channel from Monday to Friday at 10 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm. It is also available for streaming on Voot.

Sohail Khan gets trolled for being ‘high’ on Salman Khan’s birthday; video goes viral

For the past couple of days, media has been abuzz with reports on the iconic birthday bash of Salman Khan. While the superstar generally likes to keep the celebrations low-key, this time around, he threw a massive bash which saw many of his close friends including Shah Rukh Khan in attendance. Besides that, pretty ladies Sangeeta Bijlani, alleged ex of the actor as well as Iulia Vantur, who is currently expected to be a major part of Khan’s life were also at the bash. Brothers Arbaaz Khan and Sohail Khan also attended with their sons but a video of Sohail has found its way on social media and is currently going viral for all wrong reasons.

In a video that found its way on Instagram, Sohail Khan was seen posing for the shutterbugs at the entrance of the party’s venue. While his first pose was with big brother Arbaaz Khan, he later, also posed with his kids Nirvaan and Yohan. During the same, some users noticed that the actor was possibly high or drunk due to his actions, so much so that Nirvaan walked away inside without his father even noticing the same. Talking about it, one user said, “How high is that other brother? His older son is embarrassed”. Yet another user addressed him as ‘Nashedi’ whereas one of them added, “Sohail needs to get help he’s always looks high wonder why she left him”. Siddharth gives a detailed account of harassment at Madurai airport; says, “It was cruel, unnecessary and highly disturbing”

Popular Indian actor and screenwriter Siddharth Suryanarayan, who is widely known by his first name, alleged that his parents were harassed at the Madurai airport for 20 minutes. As soon as the actor shared his plight through an Instagram story, a lot of speculations and rumours about the incident started floating on the internet. To clear all of that for once and all, on December 29, Siddharth penned a long note to explain what “exactly” happened at the Madurai airport.

In a carousel post, the Rang De Basanti actor shared the details of the alleged harassment. In his note, he stated that after he shared the incident on social media, he has been receiving several messages from people sharing their own experiences. Giving a detailed account of the alleged harassment, Siddharth stated that security officials flagged his 70-year-old mother's purse and also shouted at his sister “for carrying medical injections”.

“The CISF individual who sat behind glass kept scrutinising our IDs repeatedly including the children's passports. He then looked at my face and Adhaar card and shouted "yeh tum ho?" When I told him it was me and asked him why he asked me that question when my ID looks exactly like I do, he said he had doubts. Then the next individual shouted at us asking 'Hindi samajhte hain na?' And before we answered, rudely went on to throw out any ipad or phones that he found. After my bag cleared, he then took out my earphones and threw them on the tray,” read an excerpt of his post.

Speaking at the Bollywood Hungama Actresses Round Table 2022 presented by Astroyogi, Huma Qureshi recalled shooting the Badlapur rape scene, which left her traumatized. The film featured her playing the role of a sex worker. As the conversation revolved around intimacy coaches playing a major role in recent years in the movies, she recalled shooting the Badlapur scene. “I play a sex worker. That’s why I did the film because, for me, it was such a beautiful thing to explore how can we make people feel bad for a sex worker who we judge so freely and who can also be raped and that she is also a woman at the end of the day. I love that thing in that character but while doing the scene, I was a wreck,” she explained.

She said that she felt the safest with Sriram Raghavan and Varun Dhawan. “They were all amazing. But, it’s a lot. I remember going back to my room and I was fully clothed the whole time and it was all simulated but I went back home and my hands were shaking. You are not feeling it for other person but you are there. I felt rage because you want to hit the person back and you can’t. I just felt rage. I had to really calm myself down," she said.

The film starred Varun Dhawan, Yami Gautam, and Radhika Apte. It was helmed by Sriram Raghavan.

Meanwhile, Huma Qureshi was most recently seen in Monica O My Darling and Double XL.

Hansal Mehta directorial starring Kartik Aaryan pushed indefinitely

A while back filmmaker Hansal Mehta had announced that he would soon be directing a film starring Kartik Aaryan. However, months after the announcement there has been no progress on the project at all. In fact, industry buzz claims that the makers have now shifted focus from the venture totally. If that was not enough, the grapevine claims that with Kartik and Hansal both busy with no dates for their joint venture, the film has almost been shelved.

Revealing details about the delay of the untitled project a well-placed industry source informed Bollywood Hungama exclusively, “Yes, Kartik and Hansal had planned on working together and had announced an untitled venture. However, there have been constant delays with the project, and now it seems like the film has been pushed indefinitely.” Further talking about the delays, the source continues, “Kartik Aaryan has had a stellar 2022, with the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Freddy hitting the mark he has become one of the most sought-after talent today. Besides Katrik already has his hands full with Shehzada and Satyaprem Ki Katha so it is unlikely that he will have time for anything else in the immediate future. Hansal is too busy with Modern Love: Mumbai and has Scam 2023 and a couple of other projects he is working on. So essentially with both director and actor busy the collaboration has been put on hold.”

Though the source refrains from stating that the film has been shelved, he adds, “You cannot say that the film has been shelved since both Kartik and Hansal are still keen on doing the film. They will get to it when both have time and dates. But till then, the film will remain on the back burner.” Echoing a similar thought, a source close to the duo says, “No the film is very much on. It is just that neither has had the time to allocate to the project.”

Veteran producer Nitin Manmohan passes away after suffering from a massive heart attack

Veteran film producer Nitin Manmohan has passed away in a hospital in Mumbai. The producer was rushed to hospital on December 3 after suffering from a massive heart attack. He was on the ventilator for 15 days, his friend and producer Kaleem Khan confirmed the news.

A team of doctors were treating Nitin Manmohan at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Navi Mumbai. They were providing him with the best care. As per reports, his son Soham, who lives in Dubai, had flown down to Mumbai to be by his father's side.

Nitin Manmohan is survived by his wife, son and daughter. He was veteran actor Manmohan's son.

Nitin Manmohan is a well-known Indian producer, director and writer who produced films including Bol Radha Bol (1992), Laadla (1994), Army (1996), Shool (1999), Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega (2001), Deewangee (2002), Dus (2005), Yamla Pagla Deewana (2011), Ready (2011).

Tunisha Sharma Death: Arrested Sheezan Khan allegedly deleted WhatsApp chats another ex-girlfriend

Television actress Tunisha Sharma, who was starring as Shehzaadi Mariam in Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul TV show, allegedly died by suicide on December 24 on the sets of the fantasy-themed show at Vasai in Maharashtra's Palghar district. The actress was only 20. Her last rites were conducted on Tuesday, December 27 in presence of her family, friends and industry colleagues. Her co-actor Sheezan Khan has been arrested in alleged abetment to suicide case. They reportedly broke up 15 days before the incident took place.

The police said that Sheezan Khan was talking to another woman, who was his ex-girlfriend, on WhatsApp but later deleted all his chats with her. As per the NDTV report, the police found “250 pages of WhatsApp chats from Sheezan's mobile phone which will be studied and further analyzed. The cops have written to WhatsApp to retrieve all of Sheezan's chats with his another ex-girlfriend and are probing why he deleted the messages.”

Following her death on December 24, Tunisha Sharma’s mother filed a complaint against Sheezan Khan for alleged abetment to suicide. The actor has been sent to judicial custody following his arrest as the investigation is underway. It is being reported that the two actors were in a relationship and that they had broken up 15 days ago. Tunisha Sharma was allegedly under stress and is speculated that this drove her to the edge.

The actress reportedly did not leave any suicide note. Police will conduct investigation from both murder and suicide angles.

Confirmed! Nakuul Mehta quits Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2; says, “there’s nothing new I can bring to it”

Backed by Ektaa Kapoor, the popular show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain returned to TV in August 2021 with Nakuul Mehta and Disha Parmar in the lead. Their pair and onscreen chemistry in the show garnered love from the audience. However, Nakuul has now decided to part ways with the serial.

Yes! You read it right. While talking to Hindustan Times, Nakuul confirmed that he is quitting the show while sharing the reason for the same. “The show got a lot of love though many people had doubts when we started because we took on an iconic show (and remade it). But for it to have the journey and reach out to people the way it has, I think has been truly special. I feel, creatively, full having been a part of it for so long. The story is going to places and I feel going ahead there’s nothing new I can bring to it. I will miss playing Ram,” asserted the actor.

He further added, “I feel I have paid my dues to the makers and the audiences in the last 18 months. Moreover, you must know when to go and now is the time to go. It is tempting to stay on and continue with a show and receive the love but what more is my question. I look at challenging myself. I have had patience and resilience to say no to a lot of things and preserve myself for bigger things.”

Mehta also commented on his comeback on the screen and said, “Once an audience buys into you for playing a Shivay or Ram, I feel it’s an injustice to take up another character in two months and say, ‘Now accept me as this (character)’. Now I work for credibility and respect. Today, you could be a star on television or film, but all of us are in the business of wanting to borrow the viewers’ time. And I don’t take that for granted. For me, I need to go back to live life again and return to the sets as on set you only summarise life.”

He elaborated, “That helps me bring new things to my audience so that I can sort of give them something new and the credibility of wanting to sample my next project continues. That’s kind of hard to earn in this industry is what I’ve learnt along the way.”

Tunisha Sharma Death: Shivin Narang reveals he was supposed to shoot a music video with Internet Wala Love co-star on the day she died

The TV industry is mourning the untimely death of actress Tunisha Sharma. She played the lead role of Shehzaadi Mariam on the TV drama, Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul. She allegedly died by suicide on December 24 on the sets of the fantasy-themed show at Vasai in Maharashtra's Palghar district. The actress was only 20. As her last rites were conducted on Tuesday, December 27, her Internet Wala Love co-star Shivin Narang was in attendance. The actor was helping out Sharma's family, especially Tunisha's mother who was devastated after her daughter's death. As it turns out, Narang revealed that he was supposed to shoot a music video with Tunisha on the day she died.

Speaking to ETimes, Shivin Narang revealed, "Tunisha and I were supposed to shoot for a music video on December 23 and 24 in Mumbai." The actor was looking forward to reuniting with his former co-star. "Imagine, we were supposed to shoot on the same day when this tragedy happened. However, a week prior I learnt that she had some health issues and the shoot had to be postponed. I wish we had shot that day... I probably would have understood her state of mind and could have helped her," Narang said.

"Despite being just 16, she was so good at her work and extremely professional. She would spread cheer on the set and we would do a lot of masti," the actor spoke about when they worked on Internet Wala Love.

Shivin Narang added that he shares a beautiful bond with her mother, too. They stayed in touch after the show wrapped and he was even invited to dinner at their Chandigarh residence. He met her last at an event. "She was so happy... we danced and shot several videos and pictures. I still can’t believe she is not with us anymore,” Narang recalled his working experience with her.

Tunisha Sharma's mother has filed a complaint against Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul co-actor Sheezan Khan alleging abetment to suicide. The actor has been sent to 4-day judicial custody following his arrest on Sunday. While his family has released a statement that they are cooperating with the investigation, his two sisters were in attendance at Tunisha's funeral. It is being reported that the two actors were in a relationship and that they had broken up 15 days ago. Tunisha was allegedly under stress and is speculated that this drove her to the edge.

The actress’ last project will be Abbas – Mustan’s next film 3 Monkeys. Abbas Alibhai Burmawalla of the Abbas-Mustan duo was in attendance at the last rites on Tuesday to pay his last respects.

Speaking to IANS, the filmmaker expressed that it was sad that Tunisha Sharma took such a drastic step at such a young age. “It is a very sad and disappointing news that at such a young age of 20 she took a drastic step without thinking about her mother and others in the family," Abbas said. “Today’s generation certain times don’t think much, but taking such a step is never right."

Abbas said that it was impossible to believe she is no more. He said, “We worked with her in the movie and we cannot believe, having known her, that she could take such a step."

Her mother has filed a complaint against Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul co-actor Sheezan Khan for alleged abetment to suicide. The actor has been sent to 4-day judicial custody following his arrest. It is being reported that the two actors were in a relationship and that they had broken up 15 days ago. Tunisha Sharma was allegedly under stress and is speculated that this drove her to the edge. When asked about his stand on her family’s step towards Sheezan Khan, Abbas added, “What can her family say? They are going through a tough time. It is not easy for her mother to overcome the pain and we can just pray that God gives the family strength. May her soul rest in peace.”

The actress reportedly did not leave any suicide note. Police will conduct investigation from both murder and suicide angles. Tunisha Sharma's uncle said that the police is investigating and after December 28, there will be more clarity.

Surveen Chawla, Prajakta Koli, Priya Bapat to star in Excel Entertainment's horror series Unseen for Prime Video

Producers Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment is diving into the horror genre. The production house is currently working on a supernatural thriller tentatively titled Unseen and the shooting has already commenced. Surveen Chawla, Prajakta Koli, Priya Bapat, and Pranay Manchanda have been cast in the upcoming series for Prime Video India.

According to a report in Peeping Moon, the series will be multi-seasonal. It will have “an eerie storyline filled with thrilling and jump-scary moments that will leave audiences on the edge of their seats.” The project is already on floors and will be directed by Raghav Dhar. The plan is to premiere the series in the second half of 2023.

Excel Entertainment has an array of line-up for 2023 starting with Fukrey 3. This will be followed by Jee Le Zaraa, which will be Farhan’s return as a director more than a decade after Don 2. On the digital front, the production house has Reema Kagti’s serial killer drama, Dahaad, Shujaat Saudagar’s Bambai Meri Jaan, Mirzapur 3, and Netflix projects, Dabba Cartel and Queen of the Hill.

Jacqueline Fernandez signed as leading lady in Sonu Sood-starrer Fateh; shoot commences in January 2023

Following her appearance in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, which was released a few days ago in cinemas, Jacqueline Fernandez will next star in Fateh. Starring alongside Sonu Sood, the actress has come on board as the leading lady. The shoot commences in January 2023.

As per a report in Peeping Moon, Sonu Sood will produce Fateh in partnership with Zee Studios. He has written the script and screenplay as well. Sonu has been involved in every aspect of the development of the project. As the film is based on digital scammers and hacking, he has consulted several ethical hackers in order to keep the authenticity of the film. The makers plan to take the film on floors by mid-January 2023 and wrap it by the month of April.

Back in December 2021, Zee Studios announced its next production Fateh, directed by Abhinandan Gupta, which will be an out-and-out action drama starring Sonu Sood. Inspired by real-life incidents, the film will feature the actor in a never-seen-before cinematic universe with high-octane action sequences at its core!

Sonu had previously said, “The story piqued my interest. It is one of the most crucial subjects that need our attention. As soon as I read the script, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I am extremely excited to bring this thought-provoking story to the audience.”

Recently, Sonu Sood enlisted services from one of India’s finest ethical hacking firms EC Council to do research for his ambitious action thriller. A dedicated team from the company is doing research and supervising the content of the film.

Tunisha Sharma death row: Actor Vineet Raina recalls last conversation with Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul co-star, “We lost her too soon”

Last weekend, the television industry woke up to the shocking news of the suicide of young actress Tunisha Sharma. The actress, who played the leading lady in the adventure-fantasy drama Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul, hung herself in the bathroom of the sets of the show on Saturday, December 24 after allegedly breaking up with her boyfriend and co-actor Sheezan Khan. Yet another co-star of the duo and television star Vineet Raina recently opened up about his bond with Tunisha as well as what he knew about her relationship with Khan.

Soon after the demise of co-star Tunisha Sharma, actor Vineet Raina had taken to social media to dedicate a special tribute post to her, recalling his onscreen memories with the actress. And now, in an interview with ANI, he recalled the last time he spoke to her. He said, "I last met her on December 10, on the last day of my shoot, as my role was getting over. She cried as I was leaving. My last chat with her was when she invited me to join her birthday. She was talented and a very good singer. She once sang on the sets, leaving us all amazed. She was a very good soul and we lost her too soon,"

Vineet revealed that he had a good camaraderie with everyone on sets and he also spoke about whatever little he knew about Sheezan and Tunisha. He added, "I never saw them fighting. Whatever it was between them was outside the sets. They were very professional. I believe in the Mumbai police and they will definitely look into all aspects of this case."

Along with that, Raina also extended his support to Tunisha’s mother, who has sought cooperation from the authorities to look deeper into the death of her daughter and requested the police to investigate the case from all angles.

Bigg Boss 16: Abdu Rozik, Shiv Thakare, and MC Stan get nominated for captaincy; audiences to choose house captain

Adding another game-changing twist to the story, Colors' reality show Bigg Boss 16 has decided to establish democracy of sorts this time by inviting fans of the show to vote for the captain of their choice for the first time ever in the history of the game show. The master of the house picks housemates Shiv Thakare, MC Stan, and Abdu Rozik as the candidates who are contesting an election against each other for captaincy. This task is a dream come true moment for the fans, who get to step inside the coveted house and vote for their favourite candidates, who will be seen delivering a speech on their manifesto. It will be interesting to see who is the first captain to be chosen by the public?

Coming to the highlights of the upcoming episode, audiences will get to witness a fight between Vikkas Manaktala and Archana Gautam. Archana, who is possessive about the kitchen area, didn't want Vikkas to brew his tea on the stove while she was preparing a dish. Until now, many contestants have bowed down to Archana's idiosyncrasies and quirks, but Vikkas refused to relent.  Their fight turned into a heated tug of war and we hear that it could escalate into an incident of violence. A vessel of boiling water spills all over the kitchen and lands in a pot of hot oil; right then, Archana brandishes a pan in front of Vikkas, who knocks it off cautioning the housemates as the brawl gets intensified. At this point, Soundarya intervenes and reminds Vikkas that he can't get violent while he reasons that Archana's trying her best to instigate him. Find out how this fight ends in tonight's episode.

This is not all. Yesterday's fight over who goes to the BB mandi for the third round between Vikkas and Sumbul Touqeer continues in tonight's episode too. Vikkas will be seen alleging that Sumbul is a hypocrite and a liar, who doesn't say things that she means. Questions are raised about each other's characters and integrity. In retaliation, Sumbul will make him feel bad by reminding him that he's looking funny while arguing with a teenager. It will be interesting to watch what started it all.

There will also be a few light moments, like where Shiv Thakare and Shalin Bhanot will flirt with Maahim, the adorable four-legged member of the house. Tina Datta will also be seen lamenting in front of Maahim while also asking her questions that have been haunting her in the house. The only person who's having a hard time with Maahim around is Abdu Rozik, who's being chased by her.

Bigg Boss 16 airs from Monday to Friday at 10 pm and on Saturdays and Sundays at 9 pm on Colors. It is also available for streaming on Voot.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui meets Home Minister Amit Shah in a Courtesy Visit at Delhi

It was observed that Nawazuddin had sitting with the Home Minister for half an hour. He was eventually seen gifting Amit Shah a plant as a present. Photos witnessing this were out in social media.

However, it is not the first time Nawazuddin Siddiqui was seen meeting a BJP minister. Recently, Siddiqui was also seen gathering with ICCR chief, Vinay Sahasrabuddhe and Goa CM, Pramod Sawant.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been a part of many hit films like Gangs of Wasseypur, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and many more. His role as a villain in film Kick, also garnered love from audience. This actor has many upcoming projects in his pipeline. Currently, Siddiqui is in notice due to his upcoming film, Haddi, directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma. His character in the film is a caricature of trans-people. The film is slated to release next year.
